Jake invites Pete Manzo from EATSaintLouis.com food tours to shop specialty ingredients from John Viviano and Sons Grocers on The Hill in St Louis. Prosciutto and fig jam in hand, they get back in the kitchen to make a delicious and savory Queen’s Tart.
I used to make regular trips “down” to Viviano’s when I wanted wonderful meats and cheeses (not to mention their bread if you get there early). The show brought back some great memories and the Queen’s tart looks wonderful. I can’t wait to try it.
